went to watch DEATH NOTE 2 with mavis, zona and aiwei today.
mavis called me when i was still slping away..
had to meet earlier to go get tickets cus its the 1st day death note 2 will be screened and its so popular so sure full hse de.
mavis and i went to meet zona and aiwei at causeway at 11+.
we were late so they went to get the tickets 1st.
fortunately, we got the tickets.
got the back seats.
i dun wan to sit at the front few rows and get a neckache aft watching hahaha.
and, the tickets are only at $6.50 for dunno wad reason lol.
so we went to eat 1st cus the show starts at 1.10pm.
when it was about time, we went to buy some titbits den waited to go in.
we were packed like sardines.
i wonder if the area is too small or there are really alot of ppl.. haha.
and the ppl working at the cinema dun really check how many ppl are going in and jus tear the number of tickets we giv them.
liddat i tink ppl without tickets go in oso no one will know.. lol.
okay the cinema was full-house.
except for a few empty seats here and there haha.
and i dunno why the gave as LOVERS' SEATS.
arghh.
cus there's only 1 slot to put a cup of drinks for lovers' seat cus lovers are meant to share drinks..
LOL.
and, four of us had a cup of drink each.
zona had to put her drink in between her legs and mavis put her drink on the empty seat bside her.
hmm, den we sat in the cinema for like almost 3hrs.. cus the show was quite long..
DEATH NOTE 2 is so GOOD !
can make u laugh alot.
esp at tat part when 'L' fell frm his chair and tat part when 'L' put on tat VERY VERY FUNNY mask.
whole cinema was laughing away.
jus kept continue laughing and laughing.. HAHAHA.
but at the ending very saddening..
cried.

the ending part where they showed kira's family, was so sad.

i realised i've been going to sembawang for so many days..

friday - accompanied my sis to ytss to report. bought her sch U and txtbks den went to sunplaza for lunch.

saturday - her sch skirt to small. so we went to sembawang shopping centre to change her skirt.

sunday - went there again to hav that gift xchange.

today - visited sembawang AGAIN. for 2nd round of gift xchange. so mavis, gloria and i xchanged gifts la. den cus pavi met glor to do hw, four of us ate lunch together. den aft tat, cus pavi wanted to find her senior's blk.. we ended up quite lost. managed to make our way to sembawang mrt den went to gloria's hse.. i last went there when i was in sec1.. so its like 2 yrs le.. haha. and there's ALOT of food in gloria's hse ! she kept finding things for us to eat.. so we ate and ate.. opened presents and chatted for a while too. lol. end up pavi and glor din manage to do any hw.. whahaha. k den aft tat gotta go hm cus at nite having tuition.

anyway, 5 more days to year 2007 ! maybe will find some ppl to countdown together ? hahaha.

so MERRY CHRISTMAS, people(:
got a haircut today.
and it did not turn out the way i wanted..

for the gift xchange.
went sembawang area.
ya and i got a cute pair of grandpa and grandma thats made of porcelain.

bought part of the christmas xchange presents le.
except for the budget $10 one..
at night went to chinatown to hav dinner.

went bac to sch to buy some sec4 bks.
spend only $9..

cus sec1-sec3 de bks will cost $100 and above den now only $9..

okay. i shall post about my trip to HK(:
so i went with,

1st day, sunday [10/12]:
- woke up arnd 3.30am in the morning.
- washed up, changed and headed for the airport.
- checked in and waited for the rest.
- had breakfast. drank hot chocolate only(:
- boarded our plane at arnd 6+ am
- jetstar asia budget airline(:
- arrived in hk at arnd 10plus in the morning.
- COLD ! haha.
- met our tourguide.
- and he introduced us to take the cable car up to da yu shan [lantau island]
- so we agreed.
- paid him the money and he sent us to the cable car place.
- saw SO MANY ppl queuing up.
- and we realised, ITS A SUNDAY.
- so we decided to go bac another day.
- but we wasted some money la.
- den aft tat, shopped arnd a nearby shopping centre den went bac hotel to check in le.
- we are staying at metropark hotel mongkok(:
- room super small.
- i shared a room with my sis.
- cus we were already considered adults and they dun allow 4 adults[a family] to slp inside the same room..
- we rested for a little while den went to roam the streets. lol.
- at night went to nu ren jie (ladies street) by the MTR.
- one station only. our hotel is at PRINCE EDWARD station while ladies street is at mongkok.
- shopped.
- and bought my canon ixus 65 camera !! =D
- its so much cheaper than in s'pore !! haha.

2nd day, monday [11/12]:
- complimentary one day tour arnd hk.
- woke up arnd 7am.
- the tour guide brought us to dim-sum restaurant to hav our HEAVY breakfast.
- went to victoria peak ltr on.
- victoria peak was so cold.. but the view frm the top was nice((:
- we get to see the whole view of hk frm up there.
- aft tat, went to a beautiful beach which has a temple overlooking it.
- den, to aberdeen for the boat ride to the jumbo restaurant to look look.
- my family din go up the boat cus we already explored the place when we went there 5 yrs ago.
- lunched at arnd 2pm.
- free time for us aft lunch.
- anyhow walk along the streets again.
- and their salted eggs rite, are eggs covered in ALOT of salt. LOL.
- good thing we had a map so we wun get lost haha.
- at 5.45pm, we went bac to the place we had lunch to meet another tour guide for our complimentary night tour(:
- he brought us to eat famous dessert which i dun like.
- cus there's sesame paste !! =[
- aft dessert, went to hk pier to board a ferry which will bring us arnd the waters of hk.
- we went all the way up to the deck of the ferry where it was open-aired.
- cooling and the night view of hk was nice too((:
- but the ferry moved too slowly le.
- made us felt giddy.
- nxt, the tour guide dropped us at nan ren jie [men's street].
- lesser things than ladies street..
- had our dinner at arnd 10+.
- SEAFOOD xDD
- i consumed alot of sand i guess lol.
- found in cockles and all tat.. hahaha.
- aunty doris started talking about her interesting insect stories tat made us laugh like CRAZY. whahaha.
- took cab back.
- ended the night like that(:

3rd day, tuesday [12/12]:
- went to shenzhen.
- cus hk and shenzhen quite near, so we jus hav to take a train den can reach le.
- the train frm hk to shenzhen was very EFFICIENT.
- one train go le den 2-3mins later, another train will arrive le.
- yea so we took train to shenzhen.
- had dumplings for lunch.
- shenzhen nth much la.
- most of their shopping centres is not fully occupied de.
- so many empty shops.
- maybe cus we din go into the town area..
- 5+ went bac to hk le.
- at night, went bac to ladies street AGAIN.
- cus i wanted to buy my adidas sneakers.
- but.. didn't get it.
- i tried the largest size for tat shoe le but i still found it tight altho my feet can fit into it la..
- AND THAT PERSON TOLD ME I HAD TO WEAR THEIR MEN SHOE !!
- arghh why my feet so big ?
- so in the end, din buy my sneakers.
- but i bought my adidas jacket((:
- and i bought my ladies street magnet((:

4th day, wednesday [13/12]:
- decided to go bac to the place where we cld take cable car up to lantau island.
- the place tat we din go on sunday.
- but b4 tat, we went to a temple named "wong tai sin"..
- den took MTR to the cable car place.
- it rained !!
- and the aim to go up to lantau island is to see the buddha built on a high high terrain.
- so we bought disposable raincoats.
- we need to climb alot of steps b4 reaching the buddha.
- we climbed.
- 248 steps in total. [according to my sis's calculation]
- panting up there.
- and the rain spoiled the mood.
- altho we had raincoats on, we were still drenched frm top to bottom.
- we saw mei yan fang's urn place with her photo.
- aft tat, went to a seafood restaurant for lunch.
- and to mac for teabreak.
- went to times square at night.
- all sell branded stuff de. sth like paragon.
- so din do much there den go bac wash up le.
- my family went bac to ladies street AGAIN.
- while uncle jimmy and family were on their own.
- my sis bought a adidas jacket too((:

5th day, thursday [14/12]:
- its the last day we'll be at hk =[
- cus we'll be going to macau to stay till the nxt day b4 we go bac to s'pore.
- so aft breakfast in the morning, we took taxi to the ferry terminal.
- the taxi driver sent us to the wrong ferry terminal cus there are 2 ferry terminals in hk.
- took another taxi to the correct terminal.
- hung arnd tat place for 2+ hrs.
- took 12.30pm ferry to macau.
- the journey took arnd 45-60mins.
- MACAU WAS SO MUCH COLDER THAN HK.
- engaged a tour guide for our one day tour arnd macau.
- went to a temple which has a buddha built on a high terrain too.
- walked all the way up on the steep slope.
- even colder up there !
- nxt we went to a place full of flowers. the flowers were sweet smelling(:
- den to a church and to a old building.
- bought portugese eggtarts !
- aft tat went bac to hotel to rest le.
- casa real hotel(:
- shared the room with my sis again.
- had dinner den the 4 adults and daryl went into the casino to explore.
- altho daryl onli 17 but no one chased him out.. lol.
- samantha, my sis and i found a public place[so tat the guards wun chase us away haha] to sit.
- had a great time chatting(:
- laughed ALOT.
- waited for them to come out den went bac le.

6th day, friday [15/12]:
- the day to go bac s'pore le =(
- woken up by dad arnd 8am in the morning !
- all of us went to the cafe to hav our complimentary breakfast.
- food OK-OK.
- went bac to room wanting to pack luggage but mum, dad, and sis fell asleep.
- so i went to bath.
- 8 of us took bus to a casino where gold bars are placed under the transparent floor.
- same thing, samantha, my sis and i sat outside to wait again.
- aft awhile, daryl came to find us.
- while my mum and dad were still in the casino, uncle jimmy and aunty doris brought us 4 to hav mac.
- met my parents aft eating.
- went bac to hotel to pack our luggage. [it was only 3+ in the noon when a van is coming to pick us to the airport at 4.30]
- sat at hotel lobby for a long long time.
- den, samantha, daryl, my sis and i decided to do sth..
- we went to the hotel floors and when the chambermaids are making up ppl's rooms and when they are not looking, we took BODY LOTION frm their trolleys ! LOL.
- of all things BODY LOTION cus aunty doris likes the body lotion there.
- we laughed like CRAZY again ! =D
- den 4 of us went to the gym to play play.
- awhile only then the van came le.
- at the airport, we waited so long b4 we cld board the plane cus our flight was delayed.
- chatted with some uncle and aunties in the queue. they're NICE ppl(:
- finally, i bought my DAIM chocs.
- i rmbed this chocolate till now since 5 yrs ago cus they were delicious xD
- in the plane, was so hungry so my sis and i shared a cup noodle.
- landed in s'pore at arnd 10.20pm.
- collected our luggage den went off le.
- din hav a chance to say goodbye to samantha =((
- arghh. im gonna miss her so much.
- anyway, we took cab home.

I MISS HONGKONG !! esp the weather there la. so cooling de. once we arrived in s'pore, we felt so warm !! and the food in hk are yummy(: esp the food frm the roadside stalls at ladies street. and almost everyday, i ate chou tofu(: ppl can't stand the smell but in fact, i love it((: lol.
how i wished i cld stay in hk for a few more days.. it was so so so fun ! i miss those fun times with them when we laughed and laughed. esp the body lotion thing hahaha =D

we baked cookies today(:
woke up very very early !
8am+ la..
jus to go buy the baking ingredients..
my sis wanted to go too..
so we met up with mavis and went to sembawang that RED MAN shop to buy the ingredients..
we reached at 10.30am and surprisingly, we only spent 20mins buying the things and we left at 10.50am.
went bac to mavis's hse and started baking.
attempted 4 kind of cookies.
of cus with instructions frm the cookbook if not the cookies wld hav turned out inedible LOL xD .
1st: chocolate chip cookies(:
2nd: mocha chocolate cookies(:
3rd: short bread(:
4th: almond cookies(:
actually most of them turned out quite well la.
EXCEPT FOR THE MOCHA CHOCOLATE COOKIES !
i think its becus we put too much coffee powder le ba.
and we bought the wrong kind of chocolate.
the whole cookie turned out so bitter !
so we threw away the whole batch of it.
its very wasted la.. but no choice..
inedible =X .
the most successful ones are the short bread cookies.
we stamped star shapes on top and added colourful rice(:

very edible too xD
haha.
so decided to make more of tat but..
not enuf butter le.
went down to ABC to buy den went up again.
the time was arnd 6+..
decided to go hm le..
cus quite late le.
so mavis will bake the cookies herself and deliver them to my hse tmr whahaha =D .
