2.4 today was so tiring.
actualli my class sld assemble at 2.55pm de.
but at arnd 2.30pm, they ask all sec3s to go over to the field there le.
and we jus finished lunch !
went to change den we gathered there.
luckily we get to grp in different classes and not in register no. order.
so tissany; peiying; shukai; mavis; wangni; pitchaya; yidi; weijie; xiangyun and i formed a grp.
i was 4th. and dunno why they insist i mus take the no. tag "101" cus of my name.. hahah.
and we were taken by the new female PE tcher.
she's quite good la.
actualli we say wan to run together as a grp but once we started, everyone separate le. so ran individually lor.
for the 1st few rounds i still had energy but aft the 5th round.. i began to walk.
1st round ws ask me run faster.
den last round roy oso ask me run.
so tired.
i passed tis tym's 2.4 but if i was later by a few secs, i wld hav failed.
tis tym is even WORST than last year !
mr yeo's trainings didn't help =(
wonder wad happened.
im still tinking if i sld retake ??

ytd went to NDP parade 2006 preview with mavis.
cus her uncle had tickets.
took mrt to dhoby ghaut den took bus 16 to the national stadium.
we dunno wich bus-stop to stop at and we were so worried tat we'll miss the stop.
in the end, we walked for so long den we reached.
actualli we sld be seated by 1645 but by the tym we arrived, i tink it was arnd 1800 le.
so many other ppl were oso late,
our tickets were yellow so we queued in the yellow tickets area.
and this meant tat we hav to sit in the yellow sector.
actualli a bag check was required.
but we escaped it. whahaha.
cus there was so many ppl and it was so messy.
went to get the NDP bag aft tat.
i tink the tis year's NDP bag is okok la.
it wld hav looked betta without the grey part infront. hahah.
and the bag was so heavy !
2 packets of water and 2 bottles of mineral water with food and alot NDP stuffs.
i like the two long inflated things tat we hit to produce sounds.
the whole show started at 1930 when they count down to the performance.
the singing and dancing started. =))
the show was so nice.
and our seats had a clear view of everything.
the parachutes ; fighter jets and fireworks came frm bhind us !
and the impact frm the fighter jets were so great.
so LOUD.
the fireworks too.
luckily we were not sitting arnd the back cus the ppl there had to hold umbrellas bcus of the fireworks.
i rmb i had to hold one when i went when i was in p5. xD
but the PM and president were imposters. cus its onli the preview.
the imposters dun even look lyk the real ppl. HAHA.
everything ended arnd 2030 i tink.
we waited for a while longer b4 we left cus the exits were full of ppl.
so crowded and packed.
mavis and i were planning to take the mrt.
and those police onli allowed performers to use the short cut route to the mrt.
the others had to walk one big round.
but when the police were not looking, we followed the performers and took the short cut xD
hehes.

mavis and i went to AMK to eat cus we didn't hav dinner.
aft we ate, we still went to walk arnd AMK central.
actualli wanted to take a bus hm but when we walked to jacks' place there, there was not a single person. *so scary* !
so we walked all the way back to the other end and took the mrt.
more ppl arnd tat area HAHAH.
the trip home alone was scary too.
cus i tot of wad mr chua said tat day..
scared me ! =[
i walked so fast until i perspired so much.
whahahs.
there's napfa 2.4 tmr !
im going to try my best !
i dun wan to get E le. haha.
and tat day during PE lessons, tissany ; claire and wangni was training for my standing broad jump.
and claire helped me with my sit-and-reach.
they realised i use the wrong method tats why i did badly.
ppl jump with their arms infront and i did the opposite =X hahaha.
and my sit-and-reach.. shoulders sld be leaning on the support at the back but my shoulders are not.
till now den i noe these mistakes haha.

im onli satisfied with my sit-ups.

and, mr sim made us HATE him.

practically went crazy ??
purpose was to train up our stamina for napfa 2.4 but we ended up playing most of the tym. hahah.
isit too early to train for napfa 2.4 ?? LoL.
den we came up with tis obstacle course thing.
something lyk a competition.
den everyone will hav a turn to be the judge and tell the others wad to do.

and b4 we went off, in the LAST sprint, gloria ran the fastest !
her potato chips as her motivation xD whahaha.
and today, PE wasn't as tough as the past PE lessons.
onli ran 4 rounds today but still mus do jumping jacks, sit-ups and push-ups in between the rounds.
today we laughed until we had no more breath to run.
but worst thing is aft the 4 rounds, we had to hop lyk a kangaroo frm one end of the parade square to the other end !
and there was another class doing PE there. =X

and we will be allowed to play games on thur's PE lesson.

today was a NICE DAY .
went bowling with gloria, mavis and pavi !
its been such a long time since the last tym i bowled .
thks to gloria's idea(; hahah
met pavi and mavis at ABC 1st b4 going to yishun mrt to meet gloria .
mavis was late !
everytime go out with gloria she will late de but she was on time today !
so she had the chance to wait for us hahaha -
waited for the OCC shuttle bus for so long .
ate fries while waiting =)
ok den at OCC, we paid for 2 games and we started playing .
fun fun fun .
and that person who told us she has no skills in bowling striked TWICE and came in 1st in the first game .

bac frm camp and the real sch days start. no more breaks le.
sch has been ok.
ytd had PE and our intensive training starts !
ran a total of 9 rounds frm 1st floor to 3rd floor. and we did 100 jumping jacks, 40 sit-ups and 40 push-ups in between the rounds.
aft tat i had no more energy to stand le.
and now my muscles are aching again. hahah.
mr yeo is realli crazy.
he says he's training us up for napfa 2.4 .
if doing all these can realli improve my stamina and can help me do betta for 2.4, i realli dun mind la hahah.
